- Candidate should have minimum of 1 year industry experience as Business Analyst
- Should have quick and thorough analytical skills
- Should be able to define easy to complex project’s breakdown structure
- Should be able to achieve the targets and meeting the deadlines
- Sound verbal and written communication skills required
- Should know how to make communications with the clients and team members
- Should be able to use business domain knowledge to provide ongoing business insights
- Should be to understand and resolve the functional and technical issues and take it forward with onsite development team
- Should have team management and motivational skills
